The Watchlist

For those who have followed me for a while, you must know that I have Goodreads, which is fantastic to browse tons and tons of books to read, and shortlist them, and also to put them in the queue of forever.

And so, perhaps in an attempt to further narrow down my reading selection, I have decided to put up a list of books here that would be at the top of my reading list and why. This may or may not include the books I am currently reading. 🙂 I guess this could also be an attempt to convince myself I really need to read those books. Hahaha. After all, it’s ridiculous not to considering how much I add to Goodreads on a regular basis without much discretion. (I currently have 69 in my to-read list and I am not even done adding those I spotted recently)

*(updated 16/05/2017) Why does my list never get shorter…

My Watchlist:

  1. The Alchemist (by Paulo Coelho) READING NOWWWW

Shouyu gave me this book 🙂 I think it should be pretty good. About following dreams, haha.

  2. Hearing God: Developing a conversational relationship with God (by Dallas Willard)

I want to hear God. I want to know how to hear God. That’s it. I gave my only copy to my ex-boyfriend, many years ago. Brilliant move, clap clap. Maybe if he actually read it, we would be married by now. HAHA.

  3. Dreaming with God (by Bill Johnson)

Jen bought it for me :))))))

  4. God is Good: He’s Better Than You Think (by Bill Johnson)

Jen bought it for me :))))))

  5. Realms of the Kingdom, Volume 1 (by Ian Clayton)

Still having problems obtaining this book. 😦

  6. Fault in Our Stars (by John Green)

Just because I am curious about how good the book is. And because the movie is already out, which to me, is always a sign to start reading the book.

  7. LOTR (by J.R.R. Tolkien)

Because, maybe I am slightly suicidal. And really want to know the story from the book rather than the movies.
