Book Review: The Shack

I bought this book so I could survive the long plane ride back home from USA. I really liked the brief description at the back, and I LOVED the suspense.
I am still not sure how I feel about the whole book.. some part made sense and some parts were a bit too abstract for me. I didn’t know what to think about his representation of God in this book because I grew up in a rather traditional church. However, his underlying message and principles were very interesting to consider.
I felt the heartbreak of the father and his strong urge to look for answers.
I would say the book is really good as far as the story line was concerned (with the girl etc) but not so much with the spirituality part, it can get a bit confusing.
